There are three stages in KnowledgeGuard’s hiring process.
Stage I - Initial Interview
Duration: ½ hour.
Dress: Business Professional

Stage II – Secondary Interview
Duration: 1 hour
Dress: Business Professional
Stage III – Job Offer By Mail

Sales Team Member
Full-Time
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven sales experience (information technology industry
experience preferred but not required). Must be highly motivated and have high energy level. Excellent
salesmanship skills: ability to listen to and identify prospects' needs, ability to provide solutions
that capture the prospects' interest, and ability to close sales.
Jr. Sales Team Member
Entry level sales position.
Full-time, Part-time, Intern or 1099 depending on preference and availability.
Must be highly motivated and have high energy level.
Account Manager / Customer Support
Entry level position.
Full-time, Part-time, Intern or 1099 depending on preference and availability.
