Incorporated in August 2002, KnowledgeGuard is an Information Technology company based in Voorhees, New Jersey. Our main area of focus began with custom software solutions.  As our company began taking shape, we noticed a great need for a single provider that could not only service all of our clients IT needs, but provide them with peace of mind.

Mark S. Ogden, President
Mark has held positions as a consultant, Senior Programmer, Database Administrator, MIS Manager, Chief Information Officer and now President and C.E.O. of KnowledgeGuard Incorporated. Mark's Technical background is based in system analysis, database administration (SQL Server, Informix), systems programming (Windows Client and Server) and Internet based system.

Steven R. Ogden, Vice President of Operations
Steve, a former Sergeant in United States Marines Corps, is a true leader. After his time in the military, Steve majored in Computer Science at Grantham College of Engineering. With over eight years of experience in web and graphics design, technical writing, and quality control, Steve ensures every project is completed with the utmost attention to detail.
